Sippi Azarbaijani-Moghaddam is a social scientist, consultant and gender expert who has spent more than 20 years in conflict and post-conflict settings, working with governments, local leaders, civil society and communities. With a professional engagement in Afghanistan since 1995, she has devoted a lot of her work to defend Afghan women’s rights and has published widely on issues of gender, social differences and community development.
